So perhaps take this as a friendly reminder, please like my posts if you do enjoy them : )
The total "likes" my page accumulates, are shown in the header area of my profile. i think perhaps some potential fans look at like count to see how established a page is. Lots of likes means quite a bit of interaction on posts, which could indicate a page that posts often, or has been around for a little while (maybe not always the case, but it's something to go on!)
So thanks for continuing to like my posts. I personally like to see the interaction. From my end, sure it's great to have fans! I love that! But seeing you guys like stuff.. shows me that my content stands out enough, or you enjoy it enough, to be motivated to hit that like button. Gives me some feedback, which i appreciate.
