Gooood Morning!!

I recently did this 30 day journal challenge where, every day, you write in a journal the answer these 3 questions

1. What lit up my enthusiasm?
2. What drained me?
3. What did I learn about myself?

I journaled this every day, at the time i'm writing this actually, I have done 30 days. I might do one more today if i'm feelin extra lol but that part is basically completed.

The next part, you are supposed to have a sort of graduation ceremony. So i take my journal somewhere different, a park, a friends house, and I look through my entries. The goal is to look for patterns. Then, write out, like a newspaper headline, some very clear info or pattern that you see

I can already guess what mine are gonna be ha but I haven't done the overview yet. Probably, go to bed earlier. I love yoga, movement, music. Certain podcasts and videos brighten my day and give me something fun to look forward to. Take more breaks. Make time for / prioritize fun.

But i'm getting ahead of myself by guessing, i'll have to wait and see what i actually glean by looking over the pages.

Anyway, I've found this to be an interesting exercise already so if it interests you, try it out! All you need really is a pen, journal, 5-10 min a day, and some determination.
