I've spoken a little about what I've been going through and stuff from my life in general... These have been helpful to me in accepting my trauma and my role of the victim of abuse. I am a survivor AGAIN and I will continue to thrive when I can feel safe and have a healthy environment. Take a min to have a look through and reflect... Often society teaches us things SHOULD be one way but in reality we all have very different needs and something that may hurt one person might be ok for someone else or vice versa π€·ββοΈ What's Important is to always be self aware and have love for yourself first...
