Here I am finding ways to have a lengthy, lat pull down exercise with a band and drying line. Funny note, I initially recorded this exercise over and I imagine once you see this, you will know why! Another side note, I have small mulch in areas of my yard but they look like turds on camera 🤦🏽♀️... This is why I haven’t used this old, rented yard in years for production!
