Added 2020-04-25 12:02:27 +0000 UTCQ&ME After having been over an entire month of no weight lifting, I have to admit I do in fact feel a difference in my agility and flexibility. I am definitely small in terms of muscle but I can openly admit that I do understand now the benefits of resistance training. Come from a meathead that’s a big admission but I am actually going to implement more resistance training through my regular weight routine!
