

Literally how cringe is my shower rn?! 😅 okay real talk though. I have been trying to make better choices this week bc I have been extremely lax on what I'm eating while my littles have been here. I know what you're going to say, and I love all of the support, but I do have to keep myself mentally healthy (we all do) and for me that means taking care of myself with exercise and better eating habits. It's amazing the difference that working out has done for me emotionally. What are you doing to keep yourself mentally healthy in these crazy times?
