

Good morning babeeeeeee ☀️🙌🏻 I have been so productive already this morning but the last few days I’ve also been making sure to not look at my phone or any of my socials for at least an hour after I wake up. It helps create less cortisol at the start of the day, less stress, and I’m not as exhausted halfway through. So far this is a habit that I intend to keep. Little changes make a big impact! Any other helpful habits that you do in the morning?
