“It’s clear you love yourself and know your body so well, which is the sexiest thing that exists." - a subscriber today. This principle applies to all genders. And this is what I'm MOST attracted to in a person, as well. It's magnetic. It's holistic. It's real. When we commit to a path of inner work, we are able to further step into ourselves. We let go of expectations, projections, imitations. My doctor-turned-shaman friend once said to me, "when we show ourselves, and I mean *really* show ourselves, how can we NOT be loved?" I think about this all the time. But in order to do this, we have to consistently dismantle our ego, belief patterns, and heal the traumas we carry with us - whether those traumas are our own from this lifetime, or ones we carry due to epigentics (trauma passed from our ancestors). And perhaps the biggest part of self-acceptance is facing your own bullshit. You cannot be an empowered individual without accountability. I still have much to learn, and even more to un-learn. But I just want to say I am so grateful that so many of you celebrate me and support me in the ways you do. Trust feels so fucking good.
