I ended up soaking in the sun midway in, instead of adding mileage to my hike. Sometimes more rest is best. 🙏🏼 Appreciating the present moment takes practice and intention. Do you feel you’re able to be in the present or do you lean toward an anxious “looking ahead”? Or something else?
