I booked myself a myofascial release massage this afternoon 🤤 I am going to set the intention to become more active this spring and carry it through the summer. Because of past injury/trauma and mixed connective tissue disorder, I have a lot of pain flares in my spine. But my chronic pain actually improves when I’m moving my body consistently. I know how hard it is to get started (and I’m very 'bad' at routines), but if anyone wants to set this intention with me, we can help support each other ♥️ What’s your favorite ways to move? I love jogging outside, hiking, and gentle yoga/stretching. I love cardio, and lifting small/light weights too!
