Added 2021-11-22 12:04:35 +0000 UTCbookish update: i ended up not vibing with this book :/ it's not bad it was just or what i was feeling for in a book right now i suppose. instead i picked up The Lost Apothecary which is a fiction book about an 18-29th century secret apothecary that a woman runs and dispenses poisons to other women to help them in whatever troubles they might need a deadly cure for 👀 and the chapters also include a woman in present day who is trying to dig up the past of this loft apothecary while also dealing with the fall out of an affair
