I’ve asked them multiple times where my money went, showed them proof the last chargeback was in 2021, and even asked specifically if it takes over a year to process a chargeback but they just kept telling me over and over to look at my chargeback tab (you know, the thing I already have photo evidence of *not* reflecting a recent $20+ chargeback like they insist). Where is my money and why won’t these people answer my question directly????? 😤😤😤
