Added 2022-10-05 00:12:38 +0000 UTCi know my twitter says that i’m shutting down this page but i want to be clear to new subscribers that it’s not a full shut down, i’m just pulling my focus away and going to drop severely in consistency. there’s a post on my page about what’s going wrong with me, but long story short is that i’ve needed surgery for a long time and my condition is only getting worse (long story long is below). long story long: i have severe chronic pain from PCOS and now impacted/broken molars. i’ve been taking about 5 times the “safe” dose of extra strength tylenol every day for months just to be able to get off the couch and feed myself, but that’s all i’m typically capable of alone. i can’t afford to see a doctor without insurance, can’t get insurance without a license, can’t get a license without a ride, can’t get a ride unless it’s on someone else’s schedule or with meds, can’t get meds without a doctor. since early pandemic, i’ve been poor and legally homeless and this page has only been making me an average of $50/week. i’ve been technically disabled for almost 10 years now but working and pushing through the pain (until recently, it’s been unmanageable). I’ve made attempts on my life multiple times in the last couple years and been hospitalized for that, all because of the pain. I don’t want to stop making content and don’t want to charge for my page. I absolutely love doing this and wish I wasn’t in pain 100% of the time. Until my body feels better, I need to step back and hope I don’t lose the lovely 2000 of you that I worked really hard to gain. 🖤
