Added 2023-11-07 01:58:27 +0000 UTCThe operating key stopped working. After wiggling and jiggling with the master key I finally got it to turn. I was going to replace the core with new, but the control key was not working. I drilled the control shear and turn the lug but it would not come out. I ran a small self-tapper in to give me leverage to jerk the core out. I found that the retaining C clip on the back had work loose and it trapped the core inside the lockset.
