I figure the full workouts would be too long and boring for most of you, but I can clip some of the stuff I’ve been doing at home to get back into shape maybe?! Well to be completely honest, my anxiety has been through the freaking roof the past few days. I’ve been shaking and my heart has been POUNDING. I finally took it upon myself to try a small workout and I think it helped a bit.
